Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return requests submitted after 30 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition
In their original packaging

For hygiene-related items, products must be clean, unused, and suitable for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear
Lingerie
Sealed hygiene products once opened

Damage and Usage

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to:

Misuse
Improper handling
Negligence
Normal wear and tear

Only defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect items may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected:

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Address

Returns are handled through our international fulfilment partner.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions by email.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Defective or Incorrect Items
